1.  How do I place my order?

 

  1. Send in your order to our email at suncience@gmail.com, Whatsapps +65 9758 9567 / +65 9758 7227. Call 63389567 for confirmation of orders.

  2. We only proceed to print / process the orders only upon receiving the payments.

  3. Paynow to SUNCIENCE MARKETING UEN No. 39138300X or Hp 9758 7227.

2. What is the cut off time?

 

  1. SM ordering cut off time : Mon-Fri is 5pm and Sat is 2pm.

4. When can I collect my job/jobs?

 

  1. The Average leadtime for each services are as below

 

        Digital Printings:       1 – 2 working days

        Self inking stamp:     2 – 4 working days

        Business cards/Flyers/Letterheads:        5 - 7    working days

        Booklets/Envelopes/NCR Bill Books:      7 - 10  working days

        Red Packets, greeting cards,calendar:     14+    working days

 

Our lead time is subjected to festive season. Please email or call 6338 9567 / 9758 9567 in to check before placing an order. (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days). Upon jobs completion we will contact you via phone, calls or whatsapp.

5. Is there any delivery?

 

  1. All orders are for self - collection at our shop.

  2. Free Delivery and collection for corporate clients.

  3. Delivery for business cards are charged at $15/location. Free delivery per location is applicable if order exceeds $200.

  4. Delivery for all other printed materials (booklets, flyers, envelopes .etc) are charged at at $30/location. Free delivery per location is applicable if order exceeds $250.

 

           

6. Do you charge GST charges?

 

            1. NO GST, all prices quoted are nett.

7. What are the artwork requirements for the business card?

​

  1. Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI (in png,jpg,pdf,tiff files)

  2. Maximum Size: 90mm x 55mm (Smaller artworks will be trimmed to fit)

  3. Colour Mode: CMYK

8. What file types do you accept for ready print format?

 

            1. Suncience Marketing accepts a range of different formats. These are: GIF, PNG, JPEG/JPG, DOC, PPT, PDF, AI, PSD.

9. Can I use a hard copied or scanned copy of my business card/ flyer as a Print Ready Artwork?

 

  1. The physical copy or the scanned copy of the business card is not considered a print ready artwork. A print ready artwork should be done in high resolution, with the correct artwork size and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
